Service providers must create an account and pay a monthly subscription fee to maintain an active listing. Listings are subject to approval and verification by our team. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any listing that violates our guidelines.
4. User Conduct
Users agree not to post false information, harass other users, or misuse the platform. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. Fraudulent reviews will be removed.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Provider subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds are issued for partial months. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
We do not endorse, warrant, or guarantee any service provider listed on our platform. Users engage with providers at their own risk. Always verify credentials independently.
7. Limitation of Liability
Apartment Move Assist is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this platform or the services of providers listed herein, including property damage, personal injury, or financial loss.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
